Does your car have a pet name?
So as as a joke that seems to have stuck, I told her my MG's name must therefore be "Cecil" after the father of the MG marque: Cecil Kimber.

My Gold F came to me already named "Nugget"........however I have been racking my brains for a more "ladylike" name for her and boom there it was yesterday. You may have seen Tibs' photo y'day trying to change the heat resistor thingy with just a pair of legs sticking out the footwell? Well, I said you need to be a flaming Hobbit to work on these and his friend said "that would make your MG "Your PReccccious" PERFECT! and she makes my do things against my will, like, DRIVE FAST and SPEND MONEY!

Not sure that its a She type name though, so may have to reconsider

A really good book I thought - well worth the £20 (just got filed under Project Roger funds so the boss didn't know the cost!)
So glad to see Gerry McGovern still designing great looking cars.

My MGBGT is called "Yellow Peril" cos its painted Inca Yellow and it came with that name when I bought it 11 years ago, the previous owner had always promised to give me first refusal when the time came to sell her (he had it for three years) and always refered to the car as the Yellow Peril!! :woohoo:
