Not trying talk myself out of a sale, but are you certain it's the fuel pump?
The relays can be problematic on these MEMS systems?

No mate not sure!!! bloke told me tonight it was I ain't got a clue we've tried everything the cut off switch!!! We pulled pipe off petrol pump started it but no petrol!!! But when they put the diagnostic on there was no power to it!!! So think there maybe an electrical prob and thought the immobiliser was stuck on charged my batt which was pretty flat!!!! And nothing!!!!

Oh dear, sounds like you've been attacked by "a little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing..."
Best way is just to feed the fuel pump with 12v, if it spins up it 'ain't the pump' lol. Next step is to check to see if there is power getting to the pump with a multimeter.
On-board diagnostics are pretty useless for non-start situations.
