If a jobs worth doing, it's worth overdoing
In LIGHT of this resolution, its still REARly nice to know the BOOTiful car you have was able to be put right
There's an old saying... If you want a job done properly...
I know the money back won't put right the remaining issues with the car Andy.. But you know you have good friends who will help you

Nobody said I was happy, I said the financial issues are resolved.

Surely everyone in the company is responsible for ensuring work carried out is of the highest standard? :yesnod:
The essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with customers – a relationship that the individual customer feels that he would like to pursue.
How do you go about forming such a relationship? By remembering the one true secret of good customer service and acting accordingly....

Complaints about service etc etc.
If you're not happy then don't settle.
You've settled. So shut the fcuk up and go and wire up some door shut LEDs . Or something equally pointless. Or worthwhile in your world.
If you're not happy go to court. Oh, you've been in court a lot recently. So you trousered the cash? So SHUT UP! You've settled.
I reported VVC 160 for a similar whiny thread. And he got banned. Not you. Why?
I'm now done with this forum thanks to 'ner ner nee ner ner ' whining threads like this.
Bye all.
Have fun.
It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..
