Black Adder would be cool.

Or Duke so that one day he could be Duke, Duke of Cambridge which would be great if he had a stutter like his Great Grandad.

I can confirm that Nelson Hashtag Windsor looks like a human baby.

With more hair than his dad.

And Kate Middleton looks far more glam than any woman who popped one out yesterday deserves to look.

My Son's grade 3 class are having a similar discussion apparently, several of the suggestions sounded promising; Wolverine, Cookie Monster and Shrek. However I favour my son's suggestion Frogbert.
