Can't see an exhaust gasket on your list, and you're going to need one.
I have enough tools etc at my house to fit if you fancy doing the job yourself, and saving money.
Just give me a shout.

Ian, thanks very much for the offer but if it costs me an hour's labour then I'd rather pay someone, however once fitted - it will need an outing :p

I had my exhaust replaced by the MGOC workshop as I was in the area and it was as cheap to collect and have them do it as send it out (to the Highlands). They thought 30 to 45 minutes to do the job depending on how difficult it was to remove the bolts...I think it took 45 minutes in the end. Yes, as mentioned you should replace the gasket.

The answer is yes, though I would advise not using those nuts and bolts as they will rust up the same as the ones already on the car.
This will cause trouble if you have to remove the exhaust for any reason in the future
I use stainless steel bolts with long closed nuts (you have to see them to understand). It'll make it future proof.
It just so happens that I have some going spare that you can have.
Give me a shout.

Thanks Ian. The ad I saw said the nuts/bolts were stainless, £9 for the set..
If your nuts are better/future proof then I'll happily take them off you for a beer token or two?

I didn't come across that set :(

Typical I've already ordered the others but thankfully Ian has some of those nuts :)

Before you put stainless nut on stainless bolts use a anti sieze paste on them otherwise the stainless can gaul and if that happens you'll never get the bloody things undone!
