DAB RADIO

Hi all. I have just fitted a DAB radio in my car. gosh there are a lot more station to tune into and I am glad to say no bad signals in my area
I bought the Sony from Halfords it was discounted by 85% so paid £59 with a free dab aerial
P/S any one want an Alpine head unit

does your new one have cd player or all digital?

it pays a cd also

What aerial came with it. Was it a wing mount or stick on the screen.

it was a screen one

Mine is mag mounted on the wing are the screen ones any good

to early to say yes but on the 30 ml drive home it had a good signal all the way

I've never lost my DAB signal was worried when I bought from halfords as thought it would be in and out of signal all the time but well happy :woo2:

Yes John got mine from Halfords also it's a 700u Sony selling on ebay for £149-£225 Halfords sold it to me for £59 :woohoo:

That's a bargain mine was £99 its a Philips top of the ranger does every thing even got a remote control but won't use that like I say I'm well impressed with DAB just not sure if I like the mag mount aerial on the wing people think I've got a CB radio when they see the aerial
Also noticed you have Lexus lights so have I got them from flea bay was not sure about putting them on but must admit the MGF looks the bol****cks from the rear
Keeping the originals just incase I need to sell the car but hoping I won't have to but you never know just whats around the corner :drive:
