Hate marmite.. Love the advert..

I love the advert, I love marmite, and I hate the professional offence takers.

There are other irritatingly sexist adverts on TV. I don't "hate" them, but the sociologist in me marvels at how it is OK to air the Diet Coke adverts (partly naked males being ogled by bachelorettes) and the two dim bachelorettes ogling male strippers whilst eating their chocolates. Turn the genders (in the adverts) around, and there would be a screaming uproar. Then again, life is too short... :drive:

The current, partially cartoonised Adidas/JD Sports advert also features a sexist lifestyle - rappers/gangsta - and features the characterisation of a woman as a Ho. Not cool, Adidas, not cool. Once again though, if it is bothering no one else, why should I bother my backside about it?
