Shell drivers club

Hi
Is there any one else in this club on this site as I am always having to email Shell as they 50% of the time get the right points awarded to my account and wounder if others are having the same problems

I was but my card went into the bin after they said I had lost all my points due to me not using a Shell garage in six months.

Thats odd as i didn't use my card for 4-8 months and when a Shell station opened in the village and I got a new card it put my old point on to the new card
