Only if you don't want your headlights to work properly, and they are about as legal as HIDs.

Which means that for less than 30 quid click, click you can have nice bright lights that allow you to see in the dark on these lovely winter nights.
If you're sensible in your bulb selection the police won't bother you. They're a 5 minute fit for an imbecile. They can be swapped back for an mot in even less time, however, they generally tend to pass like mine did. :yesnod:
What's that you say? "How do they look?"
They look something like this. Click, click.

Nah. We are talking about LEDs which will be the next contentious headlight regarding modding.
LED lights are a long way off being suitable for a simple lamp change. They will give a worse beam than HID, possibly worse than standard.
At the price level that people are prepared to pay you will get badly designed with insufficient light output. Also, cheaper LED units are prone to reliability issues and overheating, which will result in a flashing/intermittent light source or complete failure. Normal halogen and even HID are pretty easy to knock out cheaply, an LED unit capable of giving the correct light output/correct beam and sufficient reliability will not come cheaply.

The tooling to manufacture isn't there yet, Once
valeo
are a few generations in on supply it'll be worth looking at. Even then it should be a complete light unit replacement rather than a lamp change. as all the technology is in the focusing lenses, not the lamp itself
