first utility [again ]

Hi all
Well you may remember my other post on this but to day i tied to sign in to my account, wrong password it told me. So i clicked retrive password and it sent an email to me BUT i am now Mr Varley NO i am not Mr Varley so couldn't get any farther with my password request :rant:
They also called me to day to say i owed them £80 i said how did you come to that amount since you have no meter readings to go on and you have taken 250% more money by direct debit than you needed to do
He said he would look into it :woowoo:

Its time to SHAME THEM.... Twitter and Facebook are the tools of choice... Repeated rants on their public profile = immediate action by them.
