i want to go down the route of having blue leds
for the clock,heater controls etc,would anyone be willing to do this
for me(i'm diy inept) obviously i'd be more than willing
to pay you for your time,and expertise

John, It would help if you gave us a clue as to where you are in the country? (assuming you are in this country!)

yes sorry,live in hertfordshire,but
more than willing to travel,car is
a mgtf 115,with lots of mods!!

Welcome John. There's some easy led mods to start with. The ones you want doing are a bit more in depth. I'll let those that have done it ie; (David Aiketgate) advise you on the speedo mod etc. I do know that blue isn't an ideal colour at night.

If you can work a screwdriver the mods above are just a case of swapping some bulbs.

This one is fairly easy to do, if you take your time and follow the guide.




You can use any colour bulb you want. I just removed the yellow filter myself. It made a big difference. :yesnod:

It might be worth sending 'Jac114' a message about his mods. I'm not sure where he's located in the UK.
