Door pockets

I've been using the MG for a few months now and one of the drawbacks is the lack of door pockets. There is room for a slender solid plastic 'bin' and I was just wondering if anyone had tried to fit a pocket off an existing car that was an acceptable fit? I'm sure that someone here has got an answer to my query! :broon:

I reckon they might fit with a bit of fiddling. Finding a pair might prove problematic. Mini or Metro ones might also work.

Got 'em in Meg and they are about £100 I think now - IF you can find them!
Was thinking of maybe mocking some more up as I think they may be NLA to be honest. Never done any GRP work though.

Pockets would be useful, there are a couple of Mk1 Golf Gti ones in the attic, and I've got some Metro ones somewhere , I'll dig them out, and see how they look, hopefully a bit better than my upside down ZR cubbyhole....but I'm still working on this !
