no refund

Hi all
Well as you all know I bought an alternator on the 3 Jan and the bearings went on it so got on to seller [ victoria auto parts ] and they sent another one out but I had to pay again. The one they sent was the wrong one so they then sent another [ which I didn't pay for ] so now i have 3, one on the car,one which is the wrong part and one with duff bearings So now they sent a courier 2 weeks ago to pick up the two I didn't want. They now have had the 2 alternators for two weeks but no refund, I have phoned them 4 times and each time they say they will look into it and phone back in 1 hr but they never do. BEWARE VICTORIA AUTO PARTS :rant:

Put it in writing recorded delivery.

When they have signed for it ring them again.

If no joy threaten with trading standards action / consumer rights.

Sales of goods act 1982 and all that malarkey.

I presume the courier gave you something for you to prove they've taken it?
