The new series will feature an MG, but before I reveal which here were the cars driven by Clarkson and May..

So what will be their storyline?

On top gear next season I predict there will be three complete tosspots driving beautiful cars, but also indulging themselves in really stupid pointless shenanigans. :coat:

This makes me nervous about the survival of these cars. They didn't have any piano removal vans there did they?

They will be busy undoing coolant pipes and wheel nuts to prove how unreliable they are.

I dislike Hammond the most but on this occasion I hope he wins the challenge, the MG is definitely the best out of the three.

It's entertainment, cars working fine gives you little to talk about ... look at our own forum :hgf:

If you watch TG as a staged entertainment show with cars it's ok I guess: I watch it meself.

If they maybe took a little time out to learn about BHP, torque etc it would appease me a little but apparently 'it's not what viewers of TG want'

James May is meant to be clever, but is thick as mince in actual fact. I hereby offer to trim his hair. With a blow lamp. Or maybe a chainsaw. Or both.
Richard Hamcock is a media whore, who'll do owt for money on t'telly. From watching monkeys chugging off in the African jungle to some daft game show in South America. Etc.

5th Gear is much maligned, but once you get over the urge to slap VBH (repeatedly) and pluck the facial hair from the youngster........ with pliers, it's actually quite good. IMO.

I am very glad they got rid of Tom Ford and Tim Shaw.



Plato was a great addition to the team.

I actually quite enjoy Top Gear and don't mine Clarkson, May or Hammond. But maybe that's because I've also seen the complete disaster that was "Topgear Australia" now there was a "Knob-a-thon" of epic proportions.

It has been suggested that a technical crew build their 'amusing' car projects. Pure fabrication. Of course they do all the work themselves. Absolutely.

It will be interesting to see if TG is restrained after Clarkson's apologetic video and final warning from the Beeb after mumbling or otherwise of an unacceptable word.
