sensor nut
Yester day I spent 4 hrs under my car de rusting and painting the rear sub frame plus the drive shafts and other bits, that went well but I also thought while I was under the car I would loosen the nut on the 02 sensor, the one before the cat as it has failed. It would not budge so if any one has taken one off how did you do it
thanks John

And keep dosing the sensor with a good penetrating oil daily on the run up to doing the job.
Hope this helps.

I also watched as John Woods & Son struggled to take the post CAT sensor out of ours when that needed replacing
:omg: not a job I would like to attempt!
Fair play to them though - they did manage it.
