The seats and ddor cards are from a MK1 MGF:-

That is my 1997 vintage MGF MPi. The last two photos were taken some time apart for obvious reasons.

Well, I have removed the stickers off the rear end.
Hot water didn't have much effect this weather, so used a hair drier, which did the trick, then WD 40 as advised.
Still a fiddly job though.
