Got the front subframe out of my F today to start on a rebuild, polybushing, de rust, paint and protect, cross bracing, up rated shocks and lower suspension are all on the list. Then i am doing the rear.. It was good fun getting out and a challenge as it was my first time, would love to do more but the shame is i am back to uni tomorrow and i have to leave it till easter :(

Nice big workspace you've got there :yesnod:

Yeah, just a shame that's the only bit under shelter. The subframes been moved to a large out building round the back for its work while the cars left to the elements (depending the wind direction). Under the cover is my dads s2000. Bone stock, wish he would do something with it as it is such a good car stock anything added must make it amazing. To be honest he hardly drives it much these days.

Its ok, got some surface rust and a hole has formed just on the strut under the gas cylinder which can be fixed. I want to start getting its performance up so while i need it less i might as well get it off the road.
