Dear god, why! I had a MK10 well it was actually a 420G which is much the same, lovely old thing. I hate those VW things all that chap has done is to make more of it hate!
OK, an admission here. I used to be very much into Hot Rods, but UK Rods. Most of the English made Rods were beautiful.
A lot of people seem to deride Hot Rods but the very first Hot Rod ever made was by a chap called Cecil Kimber who worked for the Morris motor company back in the 1920's.
He took a Bull Nose Morris, stripped it down, cut the body around and made the very first MG (Morris Garages!) A true Hot Rod!

What I can't work out is how the Jag steers? Those things had a large turning circle in standard form so box-in the front wheels so they can hardly turn at all?? I suppose if you painted it pink and added another pair of pretend front wheels, it would look vaguely like a famous puppet car from the 1960s......(although that was a Roller)

I like the vee dubs, have had a couple in the past and wouldn't mind another.
Home to black Alfa Romeo 159 3.2 V6 Q4 ,green MGF VVC and red MG Maestro T16.
