Self healing mg tf
Well 2 weeks ago I bough a cheap new car for the winter as the mg was throwing in problems daily . Since I ordered the new car - the mg has been running a dream....almost tempted to cancel the new car...but it does mean the mg will get a cosy winter in the garage with some tlc. It just got 13 months mot on also....hopefully the summer is a reliable one!!

Don't cancel the new car. As soon as the MG knows it has won ( cars are intelligent they know these things), it will then revert to type and all the old problems will resurface.
Keep reminding it a replacement is on the way and things will continue to work smoothly.

That's likely.
I bought a Freelander so that my MGF could sit in the garage in warm luxury this winter.
Sure enough, shortly before the first snow of the season the Freelander broke down and the
MGF has been performing like a champ on the commuting run through the white stuff.
I'm sure it sabotaged the Hippo when I wasn't looking! :bat:
