in a word yes, especially on a TF (non of that hydro-rubbish :dc:)
how far are you from Teesside?
i found the subframe very easy to get out following CJJs guides (and a little help from the dude himself) and im confidant i could do it again in a day
as for the clutch i'd advise having someone thats used an aligning tool before to hand if you can, apart from that its not a hard job.... an engine crane would be handy to lift the gearbox mind
