Soon I should be launching a new replacement header tank and warning system for the coolant. Completely new tank and cap and all associated wiring. Hoping to keep the cost down as much as possible or at least similar to the MGR solution.

I know! I couldn't believe it. My dad started pouring water in and told me to 'look for a leak', I just said almost right away, 'dad i think i've found the problem!' That replacement sounds good to me!

Thanks Gos, dad took it out to a social tonight and he said it drove fine so fingers crossed!

It is rather bad, you should have seen the state the cap was in too, I held it all between my index finger and thumb, was disgusting!
