have been trying to get hold of russel for 3 weeks now...

If it wasn't for the adjustable cams then I'd be able to help out, never done them before so wouldn't know where to start :dunno: The rest is easy enough if not a little time consuming :yesnod:

There are plenty of mobile mechanics, but not many of them know the k-series and that could be a recipe for disaster.

yeah, i need someone who knows Dave Andrews and the K's inside out... i have what dave considers the most reliable head gasket and stretch bolts, so need someone who knows what they are doing to install them.

Which head gasket and bolts? I use the Payen ones.

that would be the ones... payen gasket and bolts... one particular version of them... cant remember the model off the top of my head...
just want to get the car back on the road ASAP so i can SORN the lotus and start a full strip down and rebuild on it.
