MGF Freestyle Electrical problem

Hi, I have an MGF and am currently having two problems with my rear electrics, firstly my spoiler brake light is constantly on with ignition on and secondly my rear passenger side fog light is also on with the ignition on, regardless of lights on or off?? Can anyone help me please? Oh, and brake lights just flicker briefly when used??

Did you mean to use that as your user name, as everyone on the internet can now see your e-mail address.
I would suggest opening the boot and looking at the loom that goes down the nearside hinge. This is a common fault on these cars as the loom gets stressed when the boot is opened/closed. Even if there is no damage immediately visible it is worth upicking the loom and checking each individual wire as they tend to pull apart inside the loom.
