Is there much difference in the appearance of chrome plated and polished aluminum accessories?
I want to fit some interior trim and don't want to end up with a dog's dinner :shake:
thanks

yep, quite a big difference, brushed aluminum is very different from chrome, hard to describe though lol

I went the route of tasteful chrome trim on the outside of the car (trim pieces like decktrim/petrol surround/grills ONLY!) and brushed aluminium trim in the interior.
Chrome in the interior is a bit chavvy imho, whereas brushed aluminium is more refined. But that's just my personal taste.

If I go the 'brushed' root - can I do anything with the interior door handles?

I've never seen brushed door handles for sale, but you could probably get a pair of normal ones on ebay and find a local metal/chrome firm that may offer a brushed service.

It is down to taste really.
As a biker I loath chrome as it reminds me of Harleys and 70's bikes.
Brushed ally is more modern and would be the look I went for.
