Not the usual question - know about disconnecting the battery and leaving for at least 10 minutes for the SRS system to disarm.

Question i have is - as i'm going to pick up new seats i was intending to remove the passenger seat, reconnecting the pre-tensioner with the seat out so that the sytem will still work.

The plan is then to install the new passenger seat and strap the new driver seat to it to bring it back.

Seems too simple - what have i overloooked?

Seems like a logical plan! Although I don't think you have to worry about the pre-tensioner - I think they work independently (someone correct me if I am wrong!).

Well it's done - and all seems ok - still here and intact, so far!

Well new to me - does that count? Direct replacement Alcantara seats so the interior looks the same (minus rips). Got them from mgfntfbitz in Glossop - thoroughly recommend them, felt like a kiddie in a sweet shop with all the bits they've got there:thumbsup:
