Personally I think the latest one was the best so far.

I have a lot of joy watching the original series, but as a captain it has to be Picard, James T is too Hammy!
The second generation suffered too much from the usual American fault of trying too hard to appeal to all social/racial/sexual groups. Oh, and I detested Wesley, little smart ass snot!

I used to enjoy watching the unknown faces, knowing that they were going to die some hideous death. :yesnod:

It was always the 'redshirt' in the original series: :outnumbered:

Then they changed to gold shirts and who died? :yikes:

Tasha Yar and Data! - never saw either of those coming.

BTW - I own an original 1st Contact Phaser Rifle ;)

I can just imagine the away team assembling and one bloke is wearing a red shirt. The rest are trying not to look at him. :)

Has any body watched 'Galaxy Quest'?
It's an absolutely brilliant ****-take of Star Trek, with Alan Rickman as the 'logical' Science Officer.

Yep. I have it on DVD. Classic, but then I liked mystery men too, both of which are outside of most peoples humour. :)
