Will copy older how to's over.
got another on form the weekend to write up. a classic 10 minute job that took my Dad and I 2 hours and involved burning rubber, bolts cutting, using 8 dremmel cutting discs and some swearing.
Took 5 mins for driver side, and then the 2 hours for the passenger side, same job!! God damn chocolate bolt heads!

Take it that you had a bit of bovver with removing the drop links!!!!! You should have taken the ARB off and painted it, was going to say that the lower bolt on the droplinks cannot be removed without splitting the bottom ball joint, but thought you knew this.
The front underside gets a bit rusty, does it not. i think the ARB bush cover plates get flattened by "grounding" one of mine had deep gouges in the flattened plate. look forward to seeing the "How to not do it"

Yeah, I didint know the top bolt wouldn't come out...that was annoying, especially since it has completely rounded!!!! They are also not easy to saw through with a dremmel!
anyway I have new bottom bolts, and new drop links. And as I couldn't change the top ones, I have two brand new bolts if anyone wants them (unless I can use them at the back)
Never though of painting the ARB, but I have kind of painted it with waxoyl in situ anyway
