Wiper sizes. was created by Leigh Ping

I collect my car this week, touch wood. I'm not really into mods but I don't like the old style wipers and was looking to replace them with the flat blade type for the mgtf. I'm a bit confused as the sizes for the same car are either 20" x 2 or a 20" x1 with an 18" x 1 option.

Which one should I get please and why the different sizes?

19,68 " (500mm) would be correct.
I've heard that the 20" do it, but used myself the 500mm standard only until now.

If I remember rightly I went for 20" .. BUT.. I'm not sure if anyone else finds this but the passenger one doesn't 'wrap' to the outer curve of the screen properly so it misses the area around where you'd normally have your tax disc. The rest is just fine.

Cheers. I think I'll give the 20 and the 18 a go in that case.
