Spotted this Mgf in a none standard colour on a programme about life on the dole in Great Yarmouth.

Actually rather nice, I'm starting to think that there isn't a bad colour for the MGF/TF... then I Googled "Pink MGF" :nonod:

I'm sure my Dad had a 1956 Ford Consul in the same colour. I keep toying with the idea of spraying the windscreen surround on my Red Mk2 black as per the Mk1....I think Gerry McGovern was right when he said it looked better with the softop (as long as it's black too). If I were doing a rebuild I'd go for Dove Grey with a red interior as per my first MG - I think the MGF would look great in that colour scheme which died out in the 1960s.

The nearest colour to the one spotted by Andy that any MGF was originally painted was the SE Wedgewood, which is a much better colour.
I do believe that the original colours chosen by MG Rover were all nice.

That looks a bit like the V6 MGF built recently that was painted MGB Iris Blue.
