oil cooler

Hi, as i'm new to this forum - can anyone give some advice about removing the oil cooler, is it ok to do , as I need to get access to a bolt which I believe is behind it - so I can replace the thermostat.

Here is a picture of the oil cooler with the engine out of the car and the inlet manifold removed.

Which bolt do you need to get to?
