I have only driven it from round the corner so TF motoring is a bit of a mystery to me so far.
Obvious jobs still to do are non functioning drivers window. Softer shocks. and new rear screen.

whom currently has these improvements already ..... S/S braided brake hoses, K&H splitter, TV5 52mm Throttle Body, TF aif filter assembly and S/S underpipes. Her exhaust is an aftermarket replacement Mild steel box which sounds quite sporty but good/bad it is for flow we have no idea :-
Jan 12th Dyno/Rolling road session ........... To find out how good or bad she is performing.
Feburay MOT is due so what ever she needs which I hope is nothing.
Then during the year:-
Front brake upgrade
Servo brace
Improved exhaust For better performance not just sound or noise............. hence the Dyno session so we know how much improvement we get.
Interior leather refurb
Fit side air acoops
Dent removal, rust treatment and re-spray
If I can raise the funds a flowed head ........................... am hoping to be able to achieve 150 bhp or a bit more.
Next is "Elsie" my 97 vintage VVC
who already has AP's, de-wedged 48mm alloy throttle body, side air scoops, K&N 57i induction with resonator removed, S/S underpipes, S/S braided brake hoses and servo brace. She has a new exhaust, down pipe, cat and silencer, for the MOT last year and now has a Bosal rear box with chrome finishers. Sounds nice but have no idea how good for performance it is.:-
End of January she is in the bodyshop to have a O/F rear sill repaired and the wing sprayed to repair the keyed paint.
Interior leather repair and refurbish
Cam belt service with engine service, new coil packs.
Dyno/Rolling road session for power tests. See how she is performing.
Replace the K&N 57i with enclosed cold feed induction.
New shock absorbers
Front bumper repair.
Get her roll hoops sorted and re-fitted.... need to make a new mounting bar as some muppet cut it about.
That little lot should keep me broke for the year :help: .

Full service
New hood and seals

Sort out passenger window lift
Re spray front bumper to MNX silver
Re spray new (green) hardtop to either MNX silver or black. Considering Plastidip?
Grind out area of rust on near side sill. Hopefully just surface bubbling. Re spray
Fix HRW in hardtop - needs connector terminal re soldering
General tidy up of all bodywork as it's a bit tatty
Consider fitting Toyosports back box. Have bid on these quite a few times and bottled it at the last minute
Plus anything required for the MOT in April/May - reminder to self to check when it's due

Just a note here ........................................ The fabled Induction Roar you looking for ........................................................... be ready for a disappointment as I am still looking for this. My VVC "Elsie" came with a K&N 57I induction "system" an open cone with alloy pipes to channel cool air from below the car to around the filter area. The ONLY time I hear this Fabled Induction Roar is when she is cold and we are near a wall or high Bank/hedge. I am replacing this open cone with an enclosed cone with proper cold air feed. Have bought the enclosed filter, got it used off ebay, just need to sort out induction tubing to the N/S intake vent and a way/bracket to support the filter.
