£26 postage to France? That is outrageous. Depending on weight, Royal Mail would charge about £5 for International Standard and £10 for International Tracked and Signed. At the risk of making work for myself, you could buy it and have it sent to me in England and I'd post it forward at cost. PM me if you are interested.

Well, at least: SOLVED.
Stainless steel but not the very thick ones... 10 pounds less than at MGF TF bitz...
Then, threatened that 14mm bolts could break... I've been looking for 12.9 Allen bolts, instead of Rimmers standard ones... came upon a couple of Ebay sellers not answering or not shipping abroad... = £4 each.
Bought luckily + by chance from a french provider (MAVISSERIEAU DETAIL) 2 pairs 10 + 12 cm (didn't remember the right sizes of front + rear mounts).. + 4 Nylstop/nylock bolts. =====> 12€
Anyhow, after 20 mn bolt unscrewing each with spanner extension , none broke.
Never had such a physical work for 2 bolts
Here is the end!

Be aware that tensile strength of bolts is often selected for a reason, not price!
12.9 are much harder, with high tensile strength, but more likely to shear than 8.8's or 10.9's.
Lower tensile bolts are more likely to bend than shear, but have a lower tensile strength.
A 12.9 is therefor much more likely to fail "catastrophically" than a low tensile bolt.
In 90% of applications, it is unlikely to matter, but what about the other 10%?

I don't think the price should matter where your safety is concerned, my thoughts are better to be safe than sorry
