Unless you have some specific reason to keep the engine block, I would be looking at replacing it with a good used one.
If big ends gone, then a lot of other work is likely to be need doing.
need to check specifically for crank shaft wear.
Unless a very high mileage engine, worn big ends would indicate a poorly maintained engine!
