just got these from a mate, a bit worried about putting them on as I
have a bad back and these are a little low for me, I will wait until after the new year and have a bash at it.mine will be white.

Hi Graham. I used to work for RHM Bakeries transport and had to fit the decals on some of the trucks we operated way back when the world seemed a better place . For the decals to fit easily I recall we used to spray a soapy solution to the body work .

I'm looking at those for the wife's car.
As sworks says use a spray soap solution and take your time.
If it's any help try jacking the car up so you can sit down and do them, ideally on a crawler board.
I fitted these quite easily..
