Not my actual Mam. I was born when everything was black and white...

It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

Well apart from the obvious start as shown earlier by John, my first wheeled transport would've been a fully optioned top of the line pram with all bells and whistles as my grandfather Sid had a pram factory.
I then had a blue pedal car, it looked a bit like this one

only mine had tail fins!
Then were the odd trike, scooter and bike, then when I was 7, dad built me an offroad gocart, chain driven by a Villers lawn mower engine and featuring a drum brake from a BSA motorbike and fortunately a seat belt. As it didn't take me long to crash it head on into a tree!

We made something like this. It really shifted. Mainly because we lived on the top of a mountain in Wales! Once we were off there was no stopping for over a mile and we'd get back up by tailgating the hourly bus.

Ah they were the days. I still have the scars from riding one of those. Although it was fine at first because where i lived it was flat, then then went and built this

Funny you should say that. We did tie a rope to the bridge and launched off a convenient row of storage sheds. Twang as the rope snapped. Down we went, we did bounce but not very high :(

Ah, the old Pram wheel special: we called 'em trolleys oop North. Being hard men, we didn't bother with asteering rope: steered with the feet. Also no brake: trust for a flat bit at the end of the run or feet out. A traditional build had the big Pram wheels at the back.

It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

Yes those blue pedal cars..always wanted one..but was able to borrow one from a neighbour...

They were made by the lines brothers a big toy manufacturer. ..they called there brand triang.

I think there were 3 lines brothers...3 lines =triangle...hence the name triang...they also made a chopper bike...and I thought that was just Raleigh bikes that did that....the lines brothers chopper bike below...it was called the unity dragster tt.

I think mine might've been made by Cyclops, which was a big brand here in Oz for trikes, scooters and of course pedal cars
