Spaces are limited to 175 cars on the 2018 run, which must be an MG (of any age) or other makes in production prior to 1977.
To register your car for the run please fill out the information requested when going through the PayPal payment process.

The cost for the run is £20 per car and this all goes to charity thanks to our sponsors helping cover the costs. The event will take place on Sunday 13th May 2018 and will start at Bellis Brothers Farm Shop in Holt with registration from 8am. Departure will be from 10am. Each car entered will receive a rally plaque, Tulip style route book, and goody bag. The route will then follow a scenic run that will be approximately 80 miles through the Cheshire & North Wales countryside arriving at the finish at Hawarden Castle in Deeside, where a café, musical entertainment, guide dog and riding display will be on offer. You may also bring your own picnic if preferred. There is a mid-way rest at Gorwelion in Bala which also has tearoom and washroom facilities, and refreshments on offer.
At the finish, you will receive a completion certificate and can take part in a tombola style raffle (tickets on sale at the start), with a range of prizes all kindly donated in aid of the event.
Your online entry with payment will be accepted automatically but not acknowledged unless you hear from us to the contrary. Joining instructions will be emailed to you towards the end of April and will be available online.

Terms & Conditions
By completing this form you are declaring that:
I confirm that in making this booking my car will be road legal on 13th of May, 2018, including where relevant valid road tax, current MoT certificate (if applicable) and a minimum of third party liability insurance for £2million, and that I hold a valid driver’s licence.
The driver will be held accountable for ensuring that these requirements are met.
The organisers reserve the right to decline bookings if your car doesn’t fit the invited categories and age criteria.
Cost of entry is £20 per car to include the driver and navigator, and if applicable up to two further passengers.
If a different driver and/or car to the one registered is to be used on the day, then you need to inform us in writing to the address below or by email to Angie Haughton 48 hours prior to the event at the latest.
The driver is responsible for the health & safety of the vehicle of the driver and the navigator and any other passengers during the event.
The Cheshire Candles Charity Run is a voluntary event, therefore, the organisers cannot be held accountable nor accept any responsibility for incidents or accidents during the event.
If you cannot make the event, please inform the organisers as soon as possible by email to Angie Haughton. Refunds can only be requested up to 48 hrs before the event, that is until 9.00am on the morning of the 11th of May, 2018. However, as this is a charity event, you are also welcome to donate part or all of your entrance fee in lieu of attending the event.
In the event of cancellation of the event by the organisers, we will accept refund requests from 24 hours after the event start time and must be submitted within 3 months. However, as this is a charity event, you are also welcome to donate part or all of your entrance fee in lieu of attending the event.
The event start time, route and end time may be subject to change if required on the day due to unforeseen circumstances.
