Hi All

Can anyone recommend a good MG (TF) mobile mechanic? I live in Southport, Merseyside.

or

A garage with a good MG reputation within say 20 mile drive of Southport.

I know of one or two in Manchester, Oldhan and Rochdale, but a little too far to drive if I have to leave it a number of days for repairs to be completed. (trains and buses up north are dreadful).

MG mechanics they come to you phone number 07595 708278. the best you will get good work and decent prices, let us know how you get on :broon:

Thanks for all your efforts, but I am looking for someone who knows MG's, and possibley recommended by personal experience from a forum member.

I look at the two website you posted. No obvious MG experience.

Jon Norris at Rough Luck Racing any day of the week. They did my tf head earlier this year ; first rate, on time, worked through & a great job from a great bod. You might have to wait a bit but it'll be right.

sorry just looked them up thought they may be of help. I went to mg and alfa spares near Manchester for my head gasket and stainless steel engine pies to be done

The company Graham mentions in his first post have a very good reputation as does John Norris - good MG garages and getting quite thin on the ground so it's worth considering the mobiles, they do a good job.
