Sorry to hear that but it's a familiar tale I've heard from a friend who has a TF and his faults healed up during the heat wave .
I am sure I have read somewhere that there is wiring grommet that allows water to enter the loom and go into the BCU but I could be wrong . I'm sure the good folks on here will correct me if I am wrong .

Try giving Kevin at Remobilise a call. He's in Swansea, still a step from Llandrindod I know but he may be able to offer some advice.

I have a pscan but am in Pembrokeshire - still a couple of hours away I'm sorry.

Alternatively, Jon and Claire Norris of Rough Luck Racing will be in Wales doing various jobs during the week commencing 22nd October. They may be able to help.

It won't defiantly fix the problem but if you do a scan when the car is running and check the parameters, then check when it isn't and see what the difference is.

The pscan will access systems that that a normal OBD2 reader wont.

£154 plus £5 postage. Compared to paying a garage £50 a time to read faults it is very good value.
