Growing up in the 70’s I have memory’s of an MGB and an original TF in my Street with octagonal GB badge in the same style as the chrome badge.
Can anyone else remember these?

I think they call these the mg skeleton badge.......the image below shows a mga sporting one on its rear.

Couldn't find the octagan one...the closest to it was this.

... shouldn't be a big deal to have a sticker cut based on such a sketch - domed (3 dimensional) is a little more effort but doable for sure.

Yes any stickers possible...l had this one made for my battery on my tf....I chose chrome octagan with mg initials on a carbon fibre background

The more I see it the more I think it did exist.. may be they were custom made.. who knows
