Broken Front Shock Absorber
Had the most annoying squeak/clunk from front, 2002 TF 135, looked hard but couldnt find why,
As suspension was rock hard i bought a set of 4 Soft Ride shocks and springs,
When i came to unbolting F/R/H shock i found the 'Eye' had separated from shock body, and all oil had leaked out,
Strange thing is car handled well, apart from noise, and shock had sat firmly on Eye due to spring pressure,
New Soft kit has transformed car,
But i cant get my head around as why shock still sat quite square onto top arm,,,,
Anyone else had this failure??
