head bolt

I think that i have at least one head bolt thread in the block stripped and wondered if any one has ever helicoiled a block
many thanks, ps any idea what size the thread is,it a 2004 1600cc

Bolts do not screw into block!

They go all the way down though the block and screw into the oil ladder rail in the sump!

You will need to remove ladder rail to repair, but I would advise replace it.

Not over expensive, but a lot of work.
