Yes got the grinder from aldi..cost...about £40 if I remember right may have to check that...remember them being end of line clearence..it came with a 3 year guarantee.

...when I tried it out I nearly took it back has I used it to reface some rockers at work and the led display soon showed the battery was down...the standard battery is a 20v li-ion......I went on Google and looked for reviews on it...this connected me to a welding forum which said for the money they are great value but the battery let it down...the battery was only 1,500mah ....reading there posts some had ordered a battery from wolf professional...they have the same battery body...so taking there advice I purchased a 4.0ah off amazon and it's transformed the performance ..

.still no good for cutting the titanic up for salvage but lovely just to grab for those occasional jobs..like getting into the boot of a tf when the keys are locked in....maybe I should of got a couple of 5ah batteries...when I use it for refacing rockers that are worn using a fine disc with the battery grinder is great..mainly because it ain't got has many rpm has the mains grinder and allows me to touch them up in a more controlled fashi on. .other uses have been smoothing out the faces of Christmas log deer I made for some of the pensioners in my mum's street.

The grinder made light work of smoothing splinter areas..creating the face and wittling the legs so they fitted correctly..

Didn't come in a box so including 2 batteries, discs, glasses, mask, charger and grinder itself all fitted nicely in this metal toolbox from homebase..
