Spot lights

Hi anybody fitted spotlights to an MGF ? '& may have used the manufacturers switch behind the centre console . This appears identical in shape and size to the rear fog lamp ,does anyone know know if this is a spotlight feed and if so where comes out the other end ?..see picture.. you!d like to use a factory switch if poss...thanks

I suspect that is for the heated rear window switch.
What colour are the wires?
