I think time to change inlet gasket There was very sooty No 1plug and a little running on 3 when driving hardish .Have a 4 post lift make things easier so will report soon .Any advice .?

As I have 4 post lift looks ok .still not easy will report when done .
Sorting out lots of laquer peel on bonnet

A lift isn't required, it's all done from the engine access in the boot.

Yes thanks all from the top with mirror feel with fingers 1/4 drive 13mm extension needed about 9 " and universal remove fuel rail 8mm course self tappers both in and out fuel pipes . Stupid dipstick thing and header tank off . 2 lower nuts not replaced by previous work someone .
Jiggle valve on in manifold blocked..do you just tap to free Help or some people remove All good fun
