Door hinge wear - bushes, pins or both?
My door hinges are worn, but before I invest in the replacement of the pins, can anyone tell me if both parts wear or only the bushes? I ask as if the pins don't wear i may make my own replacement bushes as I have the required resources to do this, but if the pins also wear them I'll probably just invest in the Mike Satur kits.

I think the pins do wear. The doors on our 130k P reg had dropped so my lad took the pins from our T reg 48k donor car which certainly improved things.

Bushes wear first, then pins.
It depends on how much wear there is if pins need replacing also.
