MGF/TF Clutch Slave Cylinder Travel

Got an issue on my GTM K3 kit car running 1.8VVC drive train and mechanics from a late MGF - Clutch wont disengage fully, I'm just about able to wiggle it into gear when engine is off but no chance when running. I am getting movement at the slave cylinder/release arm but it doesn't feel like a lot of movement and I was wondering if anyone can provide the amount of travel on their working MGF/TF so I can rule out the master and slave cylinders on my car - have given it a rough bleed but absolutely no difference.

I don't think the release arm is seized as changing gear gradually got worse on the way to work - to me suggesting either a leaky master/slave cylinder or failing release bearing rather than being seized from being left if you know what I mean?
