Garage/mechanic recommendations - West Sussex

Afternoon all,

Hoping someone on here might be able to help out. I recently inherited responsibility for a 2003 MGTF after my father passed away - my mum wants to keep it running for sentimental reasons. Got it through it's MOT with a bit of TLC, but it hasn't had a proper service in about 3/4 years as far as I can tell, and it could probably use a good checking over by someone familiar with the cars and issues that crop up. 

Does anyone have any recommendations for a garage or mechanic in the West Sussex area?
