'98 mgf 1.8i - will a tf t-bar be a direct fit?

Hello, Im Tom and just purchased my first mgf a few days ago, i rather like the speaker t-bar found on later models but mine dosent have this. Can i just fit a t-bar with the speaker part directly into my car or is some modification needed? wiring isnt a problem as speakers are very easy to wire up but i didnt want to get a speaker t-bar and take mine off to find the fitment is wrong. Yeah - straight swap.

Straight swap, the hardest part is undoing the seat-belts from the side of the seats to thread them through the new cover, Torx 50 bit needed :clap:

yes i found that out last week when i did it, i just used a pair of mole grips to undo the bolts instead.
