yes indeed . it gets to a point where you just have to take everything off . no point in just doing the outside bits i had the arches repaired a couple of times and it lasted a year maybe a bit longer before it started to bubble again . so the whole rear rings had to come off .
my view is yes its alot of money and effort but their are only 50 orginal turbos on the road now and they will only go up in value .
i payed 600 pound for this car 6 odd years ago lol . i wouldnt sell it for anyless than 8 k once finished

right shot blasted off the areas that where rusty .
and the areas that im planning on reinforcing and stick welding . chassis rails etc
shot blasted rear sills
tank removed
so coudl shot blast this area so can bang a few stichs in here as well
fuel lines removed so can stich weld that side as well
had to get inside the boot as it was rusting their as well due to the rear screen leaking
boot floor plan blasted
now all the areas have been cleaned up and sorted out time to start welding
and the areas that im planning on reinforcing and stick welding . chassis rails etc

picked up the springs today in nice chav red . just awaiting the cups to come back from the annodisers and then will reassemble the suspension
