my mods so far: stage 2 photoshop
stage 1 of my mods are almost complete, so time to start planning for stage 2 and the Nas xl kit. My girlfriend Cathy very kindly and patiently did all the work so i could see what the car will look like in black. The alloy wheels shown, aren't in the plans at the moment, just used to give me a better sense of how the car will hopefully look

Ariels kit is really good - and very close indeed to the famous MG X POWER TF500..... looks great in black too!

I think you've inspired me to go for the JDL side skirts.... not as drastic as Ariels kit as Felix is a daily driver now!
I don't like the JDL front spoiler thingy but the skirts are unoffensive. Then maybe I will finally buy a TT power spoiler and fit it to one of the three spare TF boot lids I have somehow acquired!

Ok i think this is the "marmite" moment for those of you who were undecided before about my car. The vents in the front bumper are going. Disclaimer: I haven't got a clue about how to use Photoshop, many thanks to my gf Cathy for guiding me through making these pics. Colours shown will not be the final colour used, same applies to the alloys, yes i am aware of speed bumps and no it won't be that low at the front.

Though this car looks great s to far off from the original for me. The bodykit alone is yet too much of an audi TT i.m.o.

As part of trying to get everything back on track and partly because i have way to much time on my hands here's the latest photoshop. Added the front fogs and splitter, i'm not happy with the recessed area next to the radiator vent, so i've bought some drl's and will be placing them there then smoothing over (as seen on bottom right corner). Positioning of the drl's in the pic isn't great (needs to come across a bit more) but you get the idea.
